The rental apartments on Tapettikatu are located with excellent transport connections. Next to the property are the green jogging paths of Lake Tohloppi. Nearby services include a grocery store, a school, and a daycare center. The apartment building on Tapettikatu offers apartments ranging from studios to four-room family apartments, each with its own sauna and balcony. The housing company features a laundry room, drying room, and clubroom. Additionally, each apartment has its own storage space and a shared outdoor equipment storage. - Single person household: 57 000 eur 
- Two person houshold: 73 000 eur 
- Three person houshold: 98 000 eur 
- Four or more persons houshold: 10 000 eur increase for each additional person in household.


The monthly income of a one-person household must not exceed 3,540 euros per month. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 in the household, the income limit for each adult is increased by 2480 euros. If the family includes children under 18 years of age, the income limit is increased by 650 euros for the first child and 600 euros for each child.
