The 88 rental apartments at Kruusintie 14–16 in Nokia are beautifully situated on a hillside in the historic cultural landscape of Viiki. The building complex consists of two six-story buildings. The range of apartments spans from 28.5-square-meter studios to 60.5-square-meter three-bedroom apartments with a sauna. All of Nokia's key services, including schools, daycare centers, and shops, are just a few minutes' drive from Kruusintie.

Durable and low-maintenance laminate flooring in light gray tones is used throughout the apartments, and the bathrooms are fully tiled from floor to ceiling in timeless shades of white and gray. The white open kitchens enhance the sense of space in the central living area. All apartments feature a spacious, glazed balcony for added comfort.

Each apartment has its own storage unit. The ground floors of both buildings also include large outdoor equipment storage rooms. Kruusintie 16’s ground floor has a building sauna. The parking area has a total of 105 parking spaces, half of which are equipped with power outlets. Parking with a heating costs 20 EUR/month, and parking without a heating is 15 EUR/month.

Water is billed based on individual water consumption. The advance water payment is 20 EUR/person/month, with adjustments made at least once a year. The rent includes a 50 MB internet connection. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The lease is open-ended.
